- Cartridge Core: the heart of the SUS; routes the media among inputs, culture flasks and outputs.

- Five bags’ capacities: from 100 ml to 5000 ml; weldable options available

Intuitive installation
Following usability studying, the NANT Modular Cartridge has been designed to ease the installation on the NANT XL PLUS bioreactor and to prevent setting-up errors
Fully traceable in your Cell Culture Report
Each NANT Modular Cartridge module is equipped with a data matrix to be scanned during Cartridge installation permitting the recording of the main information (product P/N, lot number and expiration date) in the Cell Culture Report
Smooth cell expansion
The presence of different size flasks permits the pre-expansion of cells in a smaller surface and then, once the confluency has been reached, to complete the expansion on a multi-layer flask, optimizing the process even in case of small amount of starting material
Safe sampling
All NANT Modular Cartridge modules are equipped with neutral-displacement sampling ports. These can be accessed using the NANT Sampling Syringe to perform safe and sterile sampling while the cell culture is running
Safeguarded integrity
The NANT Modular Cartridge Core is equipped with two pressure-detection ports which, once connected to the NANT XL PLUS bioreactor, allow the detection of over/under pressure in the circuit preserving the cartridge integrity
Clean room-ready packaging
Each NANT Modular Cartridge module is double packed into paper/PE-film pouches for easy product handling for clean room operations
